Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! In fact, many of our clients are small, privately held companies that need to make critical hires but, don’t have the resources in place to accomplish their goals.
We need really specialized people. How are you going to find the people we need?
We start with the job requirements. By developing a unique understanding of the job, we are able to develop a profile of the person we are looking for. Identifying the right people has become quite a bit easier. The internet has created a whole new world, a new “transparency” of sorts. This transparency has changed recruiting, making the process of finding people very efficient. Once closed networks and databases are now open.
Who are we going to be working with?
You will work with a seasoned recruiter, your single point
of contact for most day-to-day issues. Additionally, every
one of our engagements is managed by a practice
manager that is responsible for the overall success of the
project.
In some ways we are like an agency, we utilize whatever method necessary to find good people. But, unlike an agency, we are working on finding you people 100% of the time. Your recruiter is not out developing new business or “shopping” candidates to multiple companies, and we don’t give up on hard projects. Think of us like management consultants for recruiting.
How much does it cost?
Well, it depends on the project. We offer two pricing models: hourly and retained. For comparison, the cost associated with our recruiting services is typically 33% less than traditional contingent agencies.
How long does it take to get started?
Not long at all, we can typically get started in about 24 business hours.
