About Us

Our founders and principals have a combined 30 years of corporate recruiting experience dating back to 1996. We have been front-line recruiters, built recruiting agencies, run corporate hiring departments, and built smart technology for recruiting. Our unique and vast exposure to our industry provides our clients the ability to learn from our successes and failures.

Union Hill was formed in 2004 as a business unit of Gravity Technologies, Inc. At the time, our goal was simple: partner with companies serious about hiring and offer them the best recruiting experience possible at a reasonable cost. Since then we’ve partnered with hundreds of companies to help them hire great people.

In 2009 we’ve come together to create a new type of recruiting firm. Acknowledging that hiring is a front burner issue for everyone, we created recruiting services that any company will find valuable.
